Frequently Asked Questions

When should I order Balloon Decor for my event:  Our schedule fills up quickly, so we do recommend booking early. We recommend ordering balloon decor pieces at least two weeks (14 days) in advance to give us time to ensure that we have time to get the proper balloons and build the piece without you incurring rush charges.  Delivery and set-up charges will vary based on the nature of the job, but we’ll be happy to quote you an estimate at any time.


Professional Delivery and Installs: Animated Art Balloons will deliver the balloon decor to your venue already built  and set it up for you! We also offer a take down service to make your event hassle free! We bring ladders, tool boxes and even man lifts when needed! No need to worry about setting up, we have you covered! Please have client provided back drops ready as early as possible so once we arrive, we can begin to set up your event! The day of your event, you will be notified by text from our team of professional installers when we are on the way. We try to set up your event several hours before it begins.

Our install team works hard to make sure your event is as beautiful as possible, and will graciously accept tips for their hard work. 


Install Hours: We offer installs between 9 am - 2 pm. If you need installs before or after this time period, we are happy to accommodate your event with an additional before/after hours install fee, which is a bonus for your installer to accommodate your schedule.


Rentals: All rentals and decor with structure will have a pick up fee and we will schedule the pick up with you after your event. If our rentals are damaged, there will be a damage fee charged to the card on file.


Outdoor balloon Decor:  Sadly I can't control the weather. Balloons do not love the rain,  sun and heat. (Just like we don't love the sun and heat lol) Shade is better when that is an option. Outdoor balloons are not guaranteed.


Payment Policy:

Invoices need to be paid in full 14 days prior to your event


Cancellation policy: (Pending your decor hasn't been made and specialty items ordered)

10 or more days away from your event: 75% refund

5-9 days away: 50% refund

1-4 days away, no refund

Rescheduling is always an option based on our availability



You will hear from our Production Team the week before your event. We will send you a color pallet picture of the actual colors we will be using for your approval.
