Christmas & Company Holiday Party Decor in Baton Rouge
Custom holiday balloon decor for company Christmas parties, office celebrations, venues, schools, and community events throughout Baton Rouge.
Your team worked hard this year. The holiday party is your chance to say thank you, and the room should say it too. From branded photo moments and grand entrances to gingerbread houses, Santa chair displays, and balloon walls, we design holiday decor that makes the whole space feel like part of the celebration.
Holiday party decor does more than make the room look festive. It helps create an experience employees remember.
A well-designed space can:
make employees feel appreciated
create natural photo moments
reinforce company culture and branding
give guests a reason to mingle and interact
make the event feel intentional instead of thrown together
Animated Art can handle the decor so your team can focus on everything else that goes into planning the celebration.
Why Do Companies Invest in Holiday Party Decor?
Holiday Decor That Feels Like an Experience
Christmas decor should do more than fill a corner.
The best holiday installations create a moment the second guests walk in. A gingerbread house becomes an entrance. A Santa chair becomes the photo spot everyone lines up for. A balloon wall becomes the backdrop for the entire event.
Animated Art designs custom holiday decor around your space, color palette, theme, and guest experience, whether you want classic Christmas, winter wonderland, candy-cane whimsy, elegant metallics, or something completely your own.
Our Signature Gingerbread House Balloon Installations
Gingerbread houses are one of Animated Art’s favorite holiday showpieces, and they’re designed to make a serious first impression.
These oversized balloon installations can be used as walk-through entrances, tent entrances, photo opportunities, party features, or focal points for Christmas events. Each design can be customized with candy details, peppermint accents, gingerbread characters, bows, snow, ornaments, and colors that fit your event.
Whether you want something playful for families or a dramatic entrance for a large holiday celebration, these installations turn the space into part of the story.

Can You Match Our Branding or Holiday Theme?
Absolutely.
We can bring your company colors, logo, and brand style into custom Christmas decor, from branded garlands and balloon walls to photo backdrops and grand entrances that feel festive while still looking unmistakably like your company.
And not every holiday event needs to look red and green. We design around traditional Christmas colors, winter blues and silver, blush and gold, candy-cane themes, gingerbread palettes, elegant metallics, or custom colors that match your event. Have an inspiration photo or theme in mind? Send it our way and we'll help turn it into a custom design that works for your space.
