PLEASE READ THE CANCELLATION POLICY BEFORE ACCEPTING THE ESTIMATE.

Cancellation policy for balloon decor: If you cancel your event reservation and it falls within the following time period, you will owe the follow percentages of your total for your event. The remaining amount can be refunded or applied to a future event. If you cancel 10 or more days away from your event: 25% of total invoice will be owed to cover product costs. 6-10 days away: 50% of total invoice will be owed. 1-5 days away: 100% of total invoice will be owed. No refunds given.
If the balloon decor is already built, it will reflect in the amount we are able to refund.
Rescheduling within 7 days is always an option, based on our availability and your design.
Cancellation policy for entertainers (balloon twisters, face painters, magicians, etc) : When you reserve an entertainer, they close their schedule off to taking on other events. When cancellations happen last minute, they are often unable to book anything new and have turned down other events, thus losing out on money. We value them and their time, and have a strict cancellation policy in place.
5-10 days away: 50% of total invoice will be owed. 1-4 days away: 100% of total invoice will be owed. No refunds given.
Rental agreement: vAny equipment or decor rented from Animated Art Balloon Decor must be picked up in the condition it was delivered. Animated Art Balloon Decor will pick-up all rental items unless otherwise specified in writing.
The client is responsible for the replacement or repair cost for any damages, lost, or stolen rental items and lost revenue due to damages or lost/stolen items. A refundable security deposit may be required for certain rentals.
The following items are property of Animated Art Balloon Decor and rented by the client–not purchased: poles, bases (metal or cement) magnets, framework (PVC, EMT, or Pipe and Drape Stand), magnets, electrical cords, fabric, uplights, ropes and netting, acrylic signage, backdrops and marquee sign letters.
